Data Deletion Instructions

Owlpine Group provides services that may integrate with Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram through Meta’s API. In compliance with Meta’s data privacy policies and platform requirements, users who have connected their Facebook or Instagram accounts through our services may request the deletion of data collected or managed via those integrations.

If you would like to request deletion of your data from our systems, please follow the instructions below:

How to Request Data Deletion

If you have used a Facebook or Instagram login or have connected your business account to Owlpine Group through a Meta integration and would like to request the deletion of associated data:

1. Email us directly at: contact@owlpinegroup.com

2. Use the subject line: “Meta Data Deletion Request”

3. In your message, please include:

   • Your full name

   • The email address associated with your Facebook or Instagram account

   • Your Facebook Page ID or Instagram Business Account ID

   • A brief statement that you wish to have your data deleted

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request:

• We will verify your identity and confirm your connection to the associated Meta account.

• Upon successful verification, all business-related data associated with your Facebook or Instagram account will be permanently removed from our systems.

• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process has been completed.

Important Notes

• Owlpine Group only stores business account performance data and analytics necessary to deliver client services.

• We do not collect or store personal user data from Facebook or Instagram accounts unless explicitly provided by the user.

• If your account access was granted via a business partnership, please consult with your account manager before proceeding with a deletion request, as it may impact ongoing campaigns or services.
