By accessing or using our services, including logging in through Meta platforms or authorizing API access via Facebook/Instagram, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

1. Use of Services

Owlpine Group provides digital marketing, talent management, and analytics services to clients and businesses globally. These services may include integrations with Meta products to access business insights, scheduling, audience targeting, and campaign reporting.

You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

2. Meta Platform Integrations

When you authorize Owlpine Group to access your Facebook or Instagram assets via Meta’s API:

• You grant us access only to the business data necessary to perform agreed services (e.g., analytics, insights, publishing).

• We will not collect, store, or use personal user data outside of what is required for service delivery.

• You may revoke access at any time via your Meta Business Integrations settings.

3. Data Usage & Ownership

All data accessed via Meta’s API is used solely for the provision of services you have authorized. You retain ownership of your data. Owlpine Group will not sell, license, or share your data with third parties without your consent.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or account access granted to Owlpine Group. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Termination

You may terminate service with us at any time. Similarly, we may suspend or terminate access to our services if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Disclaimers

Owlpine Group is not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party platforms including Meta. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Owlpine Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
